Payment authorization and refunds

What you are paying for

901rooms is operated by Mohamed Cherif Gamra. Rent payments currently accepted through 901rooms are for residential properties owned and managed by the 901rooms operator.

Authorization

By submitting a payment, you authorize 901rooms and its payment processors, Square and Stripe, to charge the payment method you select (card, Cash App or bank account) for the exact total displayed before you pay. That total includes your rent amount plus a card surcharge or bank fee, both itemized before you confirm.

For a bank (ACH) payment, you also accept the one-time debit authorization Square shows before you confirm. Square links your bank account through Plaid. Bank payments take several business days to settle.

If autopay is turned on for you, you authorize 901rooms to charge your saved card for the amount due on each due date until you ask us to stop.

Check before you pay

Confirm the property address, room, and amount before paying. If anything is wrong, do not pay. Email contact@901rooms.com first.

Processing fee

A processing fee is added to your rent amount and shown to you before you confirm: a surcharge for card and Cash App payments, a fee for bank payments. It is no more than the processor charges; 901rooms adds no markup of its own. Processing fees may be nonrefundable where legally permitted.

Wrong or duplicate payments

If you paid the wrong amount, paid for the wrong property, or paid twice, email contact@901rooms.com. Include your name, the payment date, the amount, and the property address.

Refunds

Refunds are not automatic. 901rooms reviews each request under your lease and applicable law. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and can take several business days to appear.

Failed payments and disputes

A failed, reversed, or disputed payment does not satisfy the amount due. Email contact@901rooms.com before filing a payment dispute so ordinary errors can be corrected promptly.

Partial payments

You may pay less than the full balance. Any unpaid balance remains due and may accrue charges per your lease.

Your lease still applies

Paying here does not change your lease. What you owe, when it is due, and any charges for paying late are set by your lease and applicable law.
